We will ask you for personal information so that you can receive appropriate care and treatment.

The information is recorded on computer and we are registered under the Data Protection Act. We will ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times by all of our staff. However, for the effective functioning of a multi-disciplinary team it is sometimes necessary that medical information about you is shared between members of the team.

DCCS Ltd are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care. To enhance our service, we now have access to Heidi Health, an AI-powered medical scribe. To enhance the quality and efficiencies of consultations, clinicians may use Heidi during your appointment. Heidi uses AI to document medical notes, ensuring your clinician can focus on actively listening to your concerns and delivering personalised care.

Any informtion that is captured is reviewed and approved before being saved in the medical record. There is no element of this programme influencing or advising the clinicians thinking or decision-making process – Heidi is purely a note taking tool.

Please note that if you prefer that our clinician do not use Heidi Health to assist with note-taking, they will ensure that it is not activated during the consultation.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance.

Anyone attending any of our clinic locations who abuses the clinicians, staff or other patients, be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever will risk permanent discharge from the service. 

In extreme cases we may summon the Police to remove offenders from the premises.
